YouTube Channel Setup & Optimization — fully customized and optimized channel built for your business
YouTube Video SEO Optimization — every video optimized with keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and tags to rank on Page 1 of Google and YouTube
Custom AI Videos Per Week (total of 1 video per week) - fully branded with your logo, message, and call to action
Google Business Profile Posts — two posts per week to boost local search visibility
The Green Dot Program — guaranteed improvement in your Google Maps Local 3-Pack rankings (usually just $3 per new green dot gained)
You pick 7 services you want to expand the radius at which you are currently ranking
Once you give the 7 services, I will run a baseline radius ranking report (Green Dots)

Our agreement would be:
I will create/correctly optimize your Google Business Profile for all the services you provide in all the areas you service and provide all of the marketing listed below starting Wednesday, November 4th
You will provide:
Mowing and edging of our lawn, cleanup of the property starting the week of November 15th, 2026
Fall cleanup + mulch + flowers
Spring cleanup + mulch + flowers
Tree cut and tree branches trimmed and hauled away (if you are able to do this work)
Removal of tree branches that fell, etc
--> If we ever need mulch, flowers, or any materials, we will pay you whatever your cost is for the material. (We will need a receipt for what you paid for the materials for our record-keeping, and I will pay you cash)
You will provide the labor at no cost to us
